Selection
The selection process is, for the most part, managed internally by the company’s HR department. The first stage in the selection process is an interview with the HR department to assess the candidate’s aptitude. It is followed by meetings with the manager(s) responsible for the department to which the candidate is applying. The evaluation of the applicant is based on their professional experience and managerial aptitude, as well as their problem-solving capacity and ability to focus on results, on communication and on teamwork. We look to recruit highly motivated, flexible and resourceful individuals.
